These terms apply to ice cream van hire provided by Andersons' Ices (ABN 80 357 541 912). By confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Every event is different, so the details of your booking are set out in your tailored quote. These terms explain how we work generally. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help before you book.
Quotes And Bookings
Every event is quoted individually based on the information you provide. A quote is an estimate only and does not confirm your booking.
Your booking is confirmed once we have agreed the date, location and package with you in writing, and any required deposit has been received.
The details specific to your event, including serving times, inclusions and payment terms, will always be outlined in your quote.
Changes, Cancellations And Weather
If you need to cancel, change your booking or discuss severe weather, please let us know as early as possible.
Any cancellation, date-change or weather arrangements specific to your booking will be outlined in your quote, and we'll always work with you to find the best solution where possible.
Access And Event Requirements
To serve your guests safely, we need suitable vehicle access and a level, firm place to park.
Please let us know about anything that may affect access, such as narrow driveways, soft ground, steps, height restrictions or venue requirements. We'll discuss any site requirements with you when preparing your quote.
Allergies
Our products contain dairy and may contain nuts, gluten and other allergens. We also offer options suitable for a range of dietary requirements.
Because everything is served from the same van, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you or your guests have a serious allergy, please speak with us before ordering.
Insurance
We hold public liability insurance and all required approvals to operate. Certificates are available on request.
Liability
We take pride in providing a safe, clean and reliable service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for your booking.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Photos
We may occasionally take photos or videos at events to share on our website or social media. If you'd prefer we didn't, simply let us know and we'll happily respect your wishes.
