As with any food business, regulations must be met. We have full Council approval, a Covid Safe Plan together with all relevant insurances.

We also implement the following criteria -

- Hot and cold running water with full hand washing facilities

- Sanitiser on board

- Use of food grade disposable gloves

- Clean uniform

- All surfaces and equipment regularly cleaned and sanitized
