Returning for our 16th year at the Swell Sculpture Festival at Currumbin, one of the Gold Coast's largest annual events, where we've been on site for the full eleven-day festival. We're also proud to regularly attend council and community events, including the Mudgeeraba Street Party.
Andersons' Ices has been catering at Gold Coast events since 2010. More than 1,000 events later, we still turn up with the same friendly service, reliable setup and attention to detail.
We're owner operated, which means the people you book are the people who arrive. There are no franchise crews or subcontractors, just one point of contact from your first enquiry through to pack down.
Logistics, Handled
No Bump-In, No Setup Time
Our van arrives ready to serve. There's no marquee to build, no equipment to assemble and nothing to power up. We can arrive late in your bump-in schedule and we're packed up and ready to leave as soon as service finishes.
Fully Self-Contained
Our van is fully self-contained with its own generator, so there's no need for power or water on site. If there's a power point nearby, we're always grateful to use it, but it's never expected.
Fast Service For Big Crowds
Soft serve is one of the fastest food options at an event. Whether it's half time, between races or a rush of people through the gates, we keep queues moving and get people back to enjoying the event.
Multi-Day Capable
We're just as comfortable at a multi-day festival as we are at a one-day event. This will be our 16th year at the eleven-day Swell Sculpture Festival, and we're happy to stay for the full duration.

One of the things we're most often complimented on is how clean our van is. We take great pride in presenting a spotless, well-maintained van that meets all food safety and hygiene requirements.

When you book Andersons' Ices, you're dealing directly with the owners. From your first enquiry through to the day of your event, you'll have one point of contact and the same friendly service every step of the way. We're not a franchise, so you'll always know exactly who you're dealing with.
Footprint And Access
Our van is approximately 7 metres long and 2 metres wide and requires safe vehicle access to the serving location. It can park on most firm, level surfaces, including bitumen, concrete and grass, provided conditions are suitable. If you're unsure about access, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Do you need power or water on site?
No. We arrive fully self-contained with our own generator, so there's no need to provide power or water. If power is available, we're always grateful to use it, but it's never expected.
How much setup and bump-in time do you need?
None. We arrive ready to serve, so there's no marquee to build or equipment to assemble. We can arrive late in your bump-in schedule and pack down just as quickly.
Can we get copies of your documentation before we shortlist you?
Yes. Just let us know what you need, or include it in the notes when requesting your quote, and we'll send it through with your quote.
