We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, confirm and run your booking, invoice you, and stay in touch about that booking.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to, and every marketing message we do send will include an unsubscribe option.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell or trade your personal information.

We share it only where we need to in order to run the business: with the services that host our website and deliver our email and booking enquiries, and with our accountant or the Australian Taxation Office where the law requires it.

Some of these service providers may store data outside Australia. We choose reputable providers and only share what is necessary.

Photos And Video

We sometimes take photos or video at events for our website and social media. If you would prefer we did not photograph your event, or you would like an image of your event removed, just tell us and we will respect that.

Keeping It Safe
